Hiya, I’m Mairead — though I go by Raidy in the art world. I’m 31, based in New York, and a queer artist. I love to paint, take photographs, and generally create whatever kind of art I’m in the mood for. Because of my ADHD, I don't really stick to one particular style — I love to experiment!

I made this webpage as a more interactive, personal space for sharing my work. My art focuses on self-expression, growth, and exploring difficult topics through the lens of my background in art therapy. I create work centered around both political and mental health themes because I believe it’s important to grow, reflect, and stay aware of the world around us.

As a left-leaning socialist, I believe art should be free and accessible. I don’t charge people who participate in my projects, as creating is something I’m deeply passionate about and genuinely enjoy.

Ultimately, this page is dedicated to creativity, experimentation, and following wherever my art decides to take me. To keep that creative energy healthy, I also take extended mental health breaks from social media from time to time.
